Here’s our deal
Mac and Cat have been working on this dream for years. Mac honed his skills in the brewery world while working with the fine folks at Shipswheel Cider. Cat has traveled the world working on farmshares and sampling fermented beverages from cultures far and wide. And, being from the Lowcountry, the love of sweet tea is just in their bones. Yeah, Kombucha is essentially fermented sweet tea. 🤯
Together they have built their brewery from the ground up. Each barrel produced reflects a dedication to craftsmenship that comes when the founders have poured so much of themselves into every drop. And trust us, each drop of this stuff is liquid gold.
